What We HEARD

The Fat Badger Group has built something worth shouting about: multiple venues, a loyal following, and a founder with a story people want to hear. On the call, Matt Winterbottom walked us through where things stand - property-level accounts that had gone quiet, a newly overhauled website built around direct bookings, and a marketing team ready to take content on themselves once they've been shown how. The clear steer: stop managing every venue separately, get the group's master accounts doing the work, and build a team that can run it without us long-term.

A three-month social and content strategy for the Fat Badger Group, built around the group's master accounts rather than individual venues. We plan, shoot and train in month one, then hand the reins to your team with structured monthly support, feedback and reporting - so by month three you're posting with a strategy behind every piece, not guessing.

Managing individual venue accounts - we're consolidating everything behind the Fat Badger Group master accounts, not running a separate page per property.

Building content around one staff member's face - TikTok needs long-term consistency, so we're exploring a brand mascot rather than tying the channel to whoever's on shift.

Running paid ad campaigns as standard scope - Hotel Clementine's £900 test budget proved the concept, but paid spend is a phase-two conversation once the organic foundations are in place.
