She's hosted red carpets for Disney and Marvel, fronted live activations for the Premier League and Creamfields, and presented international music-tour campaigns for household names in entertainment, sport and film.

What makes her different

Anyone can hold a mic. What Lexie does is make people forget there's a camera there at all. Global superstars, nervous first-timers, a room full of delegates at 9am on a Monday. She reads the room in seconds and gets people talking like they've known her for years.

She's LAMDA trained, completely at home with autocue, live audiences and off-the-cuff moments, and she can weave brand messaging into an intro so naturally nobody clocks it's a brief.

And she's quick. When a live moment goes sideways (and they always do), Lexie's the one who turns it into the best bit of the night.

The strategy brain behind it
Here's the part most presenters can't offer. Lexie is also our Strategy Director. She knows why a piece of content exists, who it's for and what it needs to do, before the camera even rolls. So when she's fronting a brand, she's not reading lines. She's telling a story she helped shape.
