Look at the brands cutting through right now. Kinso. Verb. Daydreamer. The ones your feed actually stops on. None of them won because their work was secretly better than anyone else's. They won because you know who runs them. You've seen their faces. You've heard them speak. You'd recognise them on the street.

Founder-led content is the most under-priced channel in marketing right now, and it's not even close.

Most brands still post like it's 2019 - the carousel of the case study, the landscape product shot, the "we're hiring" tile that nobody saves. It's not bad. It's just invisible. The algorithm doesn't reward polish. It rewards parasocial attachment, and parasocial attachment requires a person.

If you run the company, you are the most interesting account it owns. Your face. Your voice. Your opinions. The bits you find embarrassing - those are the gold. The stuff you'd never put on a brochure is exactly what makes the audience care enough to follow.

The work still matters. We're not telling you to stop showing it. We're telling you to put a face in front of it, because in 2026 the work doesn't sell itself anymore. The founder does.

(This goes for us too. That's why we're posting the sisters.)
