Body By Betsy had outgrown its "boutique studio" origins, expanding into a multi-practitioner commercial space in Harrogate. However, the brand identity remained stagnant, failing to reflect the premium, multi-service nature of the new environment. We were tasked with aligning the physical space, digital infrastructure, and brand narrative into one cohesive system. The objective was clear: transform a local studio into a scalable wellness brand built on retention-driven growth and professionalised operational flow.
