As a family-run business based in York, Jorvik required a robust digital infrastructure capable of capturing and processing bookings in real-time, allowing the business to operate autonomously while the team was on-site for installations.

WHAT WE DID
We professionalised the Jorvik brand identity to build immediate trust with families and local clients. Our primary objective was to eliminate manual admin by developing a high-performance Shopify platform integrated with a custom Booqable booking system. By providing real-time availability and automated end-to-end checkout, we successfully moved the business from phone-call reliance to an autonomous system - serving 48 clients in the first 5 months without manual intervention.
